This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Zip Master (the "App"), developed and published by Winche Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). It explains what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.

By installing or using Zip Master, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Connectivity and Data Storage

The App requires internet access for full functionality. Game progress, achievements, and scores are synchronized through Firebase Firestore when online.

3. Information We Collect

When you use Zip Master, we and our third-party providers may process the following categories of data:

Account and identity data (Google Play Games Services)

• Your Google Play gamer display name and player ID
• Profile visibility settings selected by you
• Friends list display names if permission is granted

Game progress data (Firebase Firestore)

• Puzzle completion history and scores
• Level progress and unlocked achievements
• Gameplay timestamps
• A unique user ID associated with your Google Play Games account

Crash and diagnostic data (Sentry)

• Error messages and stack traces
• Device type, OS version, and app version
• Anonymous session identifiers to group related errors

No personally identifiable information such as your email address is intentionally sent to Sentry by default.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data strictly to provide and improve the App, including:

• Syncing game progress and scores across sessions and devices
• Authenticating players and enabling achievements/leaderboards
• Diagnosing crashes and improving technical reliability

We do not sell your personal data and do not use these data flows for ad profiling.

Firestore game data is retained while your account remains active or until deletion is requested. Sentry crash diagnostics are retained for up to 90 days. Google Play Games data is retained according to Google's policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Zip Master is not directed to children under 13. If you believe data from a child under 13 has been collected, contact us and we will investigate and remove relevant records where appropriate.

8. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS). While we apply reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, objection, and portability under applicable data protection laws.

For Google-hosted data, additional controls may be available in your Google Account settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
